Embarking on a web design project can seem daunting, especially if you are just beginning

- Contact us to discuss your ideas. You can fill out the online questionnaire, or give us a call and
we can discuss over the phone. Once we understand your needs and your questions have been answered
we will provide you an estimate. It's that simple!
- We will send you a quote and outline what needs to be done and how much each item will cost.
- If you decide to go forward with development of your site, we will send you a contract outlining project
specifications, project timelines, price, and payment schedule.
- This is where the fun starts! We now start mocking up ideas for
your website. This will be the initial draft. We will incorporate the colors, images, and text that you have
provided or that we have mutually agree upon and any other design concepts discussed until this point. The initial
draft will be done in a design application and will be presented in .jpg format. No coding will
be done at this time.
- This stage goes hand in hand with the development
stage. It is very important that you provide the text and images you want to appear on the site.
We will need logos, any print material that you would like incorporated into the site, graphics or
photos, and most importantly, the TEXT! The sooner you provide these details, the faster your site
will go live.
- When we complete a mockup of your site, we upload it
to a password protected directory where you can view it. We ask if you have any design changes to make, you make them
at this time. We make revisions and then ask for final approval. Altering the design after the site development
phase starts may result in additional costs!
- After final approval from you, we start developing
your website. We take the agreed upon designs and provided content and build your web pages using
HTML, Javascript, CSS, ASP and any other technologies the site requires. When development is
completed your site will be in working order with links active and text and graphics in place.
We rigorously test to ensure that the site is compliant with all browsers and resolution sizes.
The code must be error-free and images optimized for the fastest possible loading time. Site
optimization for search engines (where your site appears when people run web searches) is also
done at this time.
- At this point you may again view your website
in the password protected directory. You will be given this opportunity to make any additional
content changes. You may add, delete, or edit text, add photos or other images or add, edit and
delete pages.
- Once you provide the second and final sign off and paid
all fees, your site will "go live". At this time we upload all of your files to the hosting server and
your website will be available to the world. We will send you all user names and passwords so that you
will also have full access to your site at all times.
- - we will continue ensuring your site gets the
most visibility possible. We submit your site to numerous search engines and directory services to
ensure top placement. We are also available to you on a continuous basis for any website maintenance.
